Welcome to KoiKoi Silver Culture (“KoiKoi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at koikoisilver.com and any purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All products displayed on our website are handcrafted from 925 sterling silver in our Bali workshop. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in weight, texture, and patina may occur between pieces — these are characteristics of genuine handcrafted jewelry, not defects.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable to your order are those displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We accept payments via Stripe and Midtrans. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days for international orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for 3–5 business day delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@koikoisilver.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, designs, and product photography — is the intellectual property of KoiKoi Silver Culture. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Care & Warranty

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. We recommend storing your pieces in a dry, airtight environment and cleaning with a silver polishing cloth. We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear.

8. Limitation of Liability

KoiKoi Silver Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
